    Default Unemployment in Massachusetts

    My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: massachussets can i get uneployment if my former enployer let me go because i have a open case i have not pleaded guilty too it and intend on getting off i was never told this when i was hired if this was too happen .

    Why not call the unemployment office at 877-626-6800 and ask them? They are the ones who will be making the determination, based on multiple factors, including how they classify your termination based on your statements and on statements they'll obtain from the employer.
