    Default Immigration for Boyfriend

Is it that your boyfriend wants to work in the U.S. during the period after he comes to the country but before you are married?

    Default Marriage

You can apply for a fiance visa to bring him into the country and marry him, then apply to adjust his status on the basis of marriage. In the alternative you can marry him in his own country then apply for a spouse visa. Or he could obtain a visa which lets him lawfully enter the country, you could marry, then apply to adjust his status on the basis of the marriage.

    Default Immigration Options

You have had your options described for you. If you are having trouble figuring out which option is best under the specific facts and circumstances of your (and your fiance's) situation, the person to speak with is an immigration lawyer.
