Exclamation Possession of Marijuana. Pleaded Not Guilty

My question involves criminal law for the state of: FLORIDA

    Okay here's the deal.
Me and some friends drove from miami to Marco island (by naples) and were smoking blunts on the way over there. We didn't know Marco Island was so hardcore with their traffic violations so I was speeding 55 on a 30 and a cop pulled me over. The car REEKED of weed and I was all nervous and he asked me to give him the stash before he found it and I got into deeper shit, so I complied. After the big scare or whatever they were more chill. I couldn't drive my car because I was under the influence but I did handstands and hand springs for them to prove my ability to focus under the influence of marijuana, and they let me park the car at a near by store.

    well to the point...

I had to appear in court today, and I went. I got caught with like 1.5 grams that weren't even mine, but I took the blame for because I was driving and my friends and little brother were all under age and under strict parental watch (i know what that's like so I took one for the team). This is like the 3rd time I'd ever smoked and this bullshit happens. Well they wanted to imply some programs that cost a ridiculous amount of money and time I really don't feel like spending, so I rejected all of them and pleaded not guilty.. They re-scheduled my court date..

    I just wanted to know....
What can be the possible outcomes?

Can judges be sweet talked? I'm great at that... and I know my rights.

Does the cop that arrested me have to appear in court?

If he doesn't, does it mean I'm off?

well, Lord Satan, I would seriously think about getting legal representation.

You were offered a pretrial deal. You refused.

Now you are going before a judge. While driving across the state under the influence.

    Wow.

if you think you are going to get out of this "on the cheap", you are wrong. There is going to be a healthy fine no matter what the outcome.

What was the exact crime you were charged with?

Possession of marijuana under 20 grams
    Possession of marijuana paraphernalia

Not driving under the influence, He was nice cause I made laugh (by playing the COPS theme song while he wrote me up lmao)

See I'm straight with cops, not courts.

This is so stupid dude. I don't even smoke anymore.
U think I can bullshit my way out of this? Except I'll be telling the truth not bullshitting.
I don't really care about the fees...
I just don't wanna go through a 6 month programs of shit I already know. I study my drugs before I consume them. I wouldn't drive if I couldn't handle it... For my mother's sake I did cartwheels, hand stands and flips for the officer to prove my sobriety! Or... my ability to effortlessly perform everyday tasks under the influence of marijuana, AND I exceeded his expectations! I don't do things stupidly... except this bullshit... And I'm about to sign up for college... I sure as hell don't want this... stupidity staining my record.
    Ignorance = illegalization = control...
    control control control control!!! Iso;hijiogjwerhuinerabvuio;er!
*sigh* We're still operating as slaves and masters I tell u

    Anyways.
    Legal advice
    would be nice
    Before I am enticed
    to get a knife
    slice and dice
my arms and drain my life...

Uhm.. I wouldn't wanna hire a lawyer or a representative... I'd rather get through this by myself (not to be cheap, but more for experience). Be my own lawyer, representative, or whatever...

can you tell me what I should say or be aware of while in court?
Or know any informative articles that may increase my chances of winning this case?
Can I pull some constitutional bullshit on them?

I'm fairly creative I can come up with shit on the spot.
And if someone here could light a candle in the darkness, I can find dry wood and light the forest.
In other words... please tell me there's hope.
If I like the outcome I might just study law

You may think you can sweet talk a judge.

All the judge will hear is another smart ass kid that doesn't really think he did anything wrong.

Try to remember that judges spend their days listening to people that are really good at talking.

Oh, and next time you post, lay off the weed and the poetry.

If you don't like the laws, I would suggest you research other countries and find one you like better.

Lord Satin...you agreed to take one for the team remember? Hopefully the team will be grateful.

You rejected the pretrial offer and now you've entered the crap shoot. Craps usually has great odds when played (for the player) but you, however, have an idiot for a lawyer. You gave the house (in this case, the court house) the edge. Further increasing the house's odds is your ego. Your ability to think you can "sweet talk" a judge. (that one had me ROFLMAO). You claim your good at it but I'm taking the house odds.
Your looking at a year in prision FOR EACH COUNT. Not to mention the $1000 fine for each. Oooch!

Dude, your screwed. They have you dead to rights. They even cut you a break and you rejected it. Have a good time in jail and don't drop the soap. Seriously! Why would you drive high? forget about handling it. Its so risky. If you are gonna do something like that, you stay home where tis safe. Jesus. and you better believe that the fact that you were driving a car with minors on board will come up at the trial, even if they havent charged you for it. so you are looking at them throwing the book at you.
