    Default Remarried and Facing Second Interview

    Hello and thank you for taking time to read my post. I have very difficult situation and it is very hard to understand. I came to US in 2005 as a student. I met a person at my work place a month later. After dating 3 months he asked me marry him and not to go back. We got married almost a year later since i came to US. The problems started when we applied for marriage license, I found out that my "future husband" is younger than me (I was 20 and he was 18). He told me that he was 24, and actually he looked older. We got over that and decided to build future together. We lived together since February 2006, got married in May 2006. It took us 3 months to send papers to USCIS. As soon as we did send - our relationship changed completely..we had joint account in the bank - he started to spend all money that i have earned. I worked 60 hours a week - and he quitted his job, dropped out from school, i was totally supporting him..then he started to hang out with his friends, staying over at different places, he started to treat me very badly, sometimes even he tried to hit me when took away bank card because he went down below zero..in September 2006 I met another person at my friends house..but didnt see this person till Christmas 2006..at that time i was already separated with my husband and he was seeing somebody else..So i started dating a new man in February 2007..in april 2007 a receive a letter from USCIS about closing my case, i told it to my husband, and he decides to send second time, by doing that he wanted to get a second chance..so, we send again papers, but we didn't start our relationship, it would never work, i would never get over the way he treated me..so, i moved to different place, my new boyfriend moved to my place in June 2007..in august 2007 he asks me to marry him..but i was already married and in process..so i decided to get divorce which i got October 2007, and in December 2007 - i get marry again...we sent papers in February 2007 and recently had an interview...Well, we have been invited for the second interview..so, my questions are:

    1. How long does it take to get a second appointment??
    2. Am I in trouble for these marriages??? I sent twice with my ex-husband and didn’t go for the interview, not even once
    3. We have been asked why we got marry so fast..well i was honest..i said that we fell in love, we didnt have real wedding, because i dont have family members in this country, and that we wanted to go for honeymoon to other country, and also we want to have a real wedding (i converted even to my present husband's religion), and also i need to work and study - if we waited too long - i would not be able to do these things..
    4. What should we expect on the second interview??

    I would love to get any comments from anybody

    Hi there;

    I really can't give you advice on this, but just wanted to say congratulations, and I hope things go well for you.

    Also, this will bump this thread up and maybe someone who has experience with this can help you.

    Good luck to you!

    First of all, hopefully you get an easy and nice agent for the interview! But to tell you the truth, getting 2 hubbies in such short term will bring lots of questions. But i hope you have some proofs of your previous marriage failure, such as banks statements(to show how your ex was spending all the money while unemployed), police/medical reports or pictures to prove he was hitting you.... anything that can prove a disfunctionnal marriage.
    On the other hand, along with your new hub, make sure you know a lot about each other because, questions are going to be flowing from everywhere and about anything.
    Good luck!
