Default Tenant Privacy Rights on Showing Townhouse

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: WI

I received a letter stating my lease would not be renewed so i went looking for a new place and found one. after the fact The landlord did give me an option to stay with a new lease and a rent increase. I decided to move, and now the landlord is calling daily to show the townhouse. I let him show it three days in a row willingly. It takes him over 40minutes to show the place, so i am outside with my dog waiting daily for him to leave. I explained to him that i will agree to showings twice a week. He said to me that he will be giving me 24hour notice and will come in if he pleases. so he leaves messages on my phone daily for showings at 6pm every night. is this legal? is there a privacy law? can he inconvenience me like this daily? He asked me to leave then asked me to stay and now is completely inconveniencing me by showing this place daily. Also when i spoke with him and told him one day would not be good he showed up at my door anyways. is this legal? I feel he is stalking me and spending too much time in my home. He also sits at my table for the new tenants to fill out there applications. is this legal?

Actually, Wisconsin law (ATCP134.09) says he is only required to give you 12 hours of notice before showing the property, so if he's giving 24, you won't get much legal wiggle room to beef about on that point.

    See http://www.legis.state.wi.us/rsb/code/atcp/atcp134.pdf

It's your home, but it's his property, and unfortunately, he does have the right to show it aggressively until he finds a suitable buyer or tenant, so long as he's not violating any standing statute or ordinance.

Personally, if it were me, I'd be moving that kitchen table OUT of there on days when he wants to show the place. He gets to show the unit with proper notice, but nothing says you have to also provide accomodations for him to sit down and do paperwork.
