    Default Travel While on Probation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

If I travel without a travel permit, is it likely that my probation officer will find out? Or, if I stay out of trouble and there is no reason for him to be notified will it be possible that he never find out?

We don't help people break the law.

More to the point, we're not psychics and cannot predict the future. If you want assurance that you won't be caught violating your probation, your best approach is to not violate the terms of your probation.

Absolutely! Obeying the rules is obviously the very best way to stay out of trouble and it is completely understood. I have been obeyaing the rules to a "T" for over 4 years now. A unique situation has come up and I'm 100% sure I will not do anything to get in trouble while traveling so no worries about someone reporting me because of trouble.

The question is strictly hypothetical. Nothing has been done to break the rules and absolutely will not be.

I just wonder if it is common practice for airlines to report passengers on probation to their respective county.

    100% wrong.

Traveling without permission IS getting in trouble.
