    Default Theft

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

Hi any help is greatly appreciated. I live in Texas and until now I have a completely clean record, never been arrested. While working at two different convenience stores I stole around $1300 (approx) from each. I am not going to write excuses here .. I did what I did and I severely regret it now. I am just trying to find out what I am up against now. The first store I know for a fact did not actually have me on video taking the money, it was just one lost safe drop that was blaimed on a supervisor. Needless to say, it was still reported to the police that I was the suspect. The 2nd store might have gotten me on video. I'm not sure. Anyway, investigators are now knocking on my door almost everyday. What advice can you give me now?

    Thanks in advance.

First, let's start with the obvious. Get an attorney and turn yourself in.

People aren't going to forget about this and stop coming by.

Second, do you know what you are being charged with?
