My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: wisconsin.
I have renewed a apartment lease and changed my mind an hour later, was told i couldn't back out or change it from a year lease to 6 month, I have had my apartment flooded and didn't have the carpet replaced, was told i wouldn't have any problems with mold, but am now smelling what i believe is mold, also have had all moldings taken odd and still have not replaced, it has been over a month, is there any way to break my lease due to these things??
