Default Attorney and NCP Filed False Statements with the Court

My question involves criminal law for the state of: TX
NCP's attorney filed an affidavit with the court filled with lies. The statement was made under penalities of perjury and notarized. What recourse does the judge have? Can we get his attorney dismissed from the case? Can he hold him in contempt?
