Hi, I need an answer to an important question regarding my family's overstayed visa. In search of better life my parents brought me and my sisters to America through a visa in the summer of 1997. Once we were here we searched for an answer on how to become naturalized or citizen's but it wasn't easy finding an answer to that question since none of my family member's spoke much English at that time and there were barely any Mongolian translators in the states. Know it's been about 12 years since our first arrival and we've lived here with an overstayed visa. One thing is for sure my family and I love our life in America and I cannot see ourselves going back to Mongolia after so many years of living life here. I consider myself an American because I have no idea of how life is like in Mongolia since me and my sister's came at such a young age. I would be devastated to go back and leave everything I learned and worked for here. I pray and hope there is a answer to my family's situation.
