Default Victim of Immigration Marriage Fraud

Long story short filed for divorce and order of protection. Wife is from Brazil and is deportable at this time according to ICE however they will not act my source says they have her file on the supervisors desk and is not to be touched.

My soon to be ex has locked me out of my house and is letting me see my child or talk on phone. She also accessed a PO box of mine for business accounts and she took mail regarding my business bank accounts.

She has been married 4 times before me I just found out and has a criminal record. We have an 8 year old daughter together and she will not let me see her and local police will not get involved.

We live in dallas county in the city of rowlett. I was at homeland security for 5 hours yesterday to get some information and all they told me is they can tell me nothing. The immigration attorney I hired says she may have filed a I-360 form. And when we were in court the day before yesterday they told the judge she is not deportable but ICE told me she is classified as a fugitive at this time. Can anyone assist?
    Thank you

This is the I-360. Your attorney thinks she filed as an abused spouse?

You should be addressing your concerns to your attorney.

We're laypeople here. I think this one is over our heads.
