    Default H1 Transfer

    I am currently in USA working with company A, i got an offer from company B which i accepted(I have receipt for H1 transfer to company B), now my current company(A) is willing to match my expectation, and i have changed my mind not to go to the company B.

    my question is :
    1. do i have any legal obligation to join company B
    2. if i say no to company B and remain in the current company and later if i found some other good opportunity do i need to submit H1 transfers from both company(A and B) for tranfer of my H1. though i never actually started working for company B.

    one more question, if i say no to company B(new company), can they ask money for H1 transfer, my H4 transfer. My H1 was filed in exempt status(i dont know what this means), also they did premium processing.

    Technically they are not supposed to ask for money what so ever, irrespective of weather they filed for H1 premium Processing or normal processing.
