Default Fair Credit Reporting and FDCPA Violation

I have these same guys calling me to collect debt. They are calling family members and discussing this matter with them as well. How do you go about reporting them for their unfair debt practices? All they are doing is threatening to sue me.

You can complain to the FTC, or to your state attorney, but they rarely do anything unless the place becomes a real problem for a large number of people, like Camco did. The only real option is to sue them for the violations.
