Taking it to another extreme, the woman is on top and the guy says no and the woman keeps going. Technically under this definition its still rape too.

Sure. But I have NEVER heard of THAT being reported.

quite a few years ago, and I have no idea as to the position employed, but I believe there a male rape case in Oregon? I think it may have even been a spousal thing. I do remember hearing of several different such situations through the years but they are often dismissed as "well, if the guy didn;t want it, he wouldn't have been able to "be in the proper mood"" or such. Often, a male just simply will not report such activity seeing as most men see it as another notch on the bedpost rather than ever accepting male rape as a possibilty. It would be a bit difficult to say, "no, I didn;t want the opportunity to have sex with that woman." and not have most every guy you meet make fun of you.

The arousal argument, I believe, has long been dismissed as biological and not one of assigned purpose. Rapists can no longer argue consent because their victim may have had a climax during their assault ... and, I believe, the same argument had been made in male rape cases, as well, though I cannot recall any specifics.
