My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Florida
I was one of two person applying for a position at a local fire department. One of the requirements for the position was to have a two year degree. I was told that the scoring for the position was extremely close, however, i was not choosen. Come to find out the person choosen did not have a degree as required and still does not have. It has been three years now, was I discriminated against?
