    Default Probation Officer Exceeding Authority

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

I was on felony probation and was violated for failure to pay. The result was I served six months in jail and restitution was converted to a civil judgement. That was almost five years ago, and I am no longer involved with the probation system.
I was grocery shopping the other day when I happen to run into my old probation officer. Suddenly he was bagering me with questions and I told him to mind his own business. He simply sneered and said that as a convicted felon, he could ask me anything he wanted and I better answer.
My question is, other than taking him to civil court for harrassment, how should I proceed?

How was it illegal to ask you questions?

There's nothing illegal at all about asking questions. What I mean is he was demanding I give him any and all answers he wanted, to any qustions he felt like asking. Since he was no longer my probation officer, I told him point blank that I didn't have to answer him and to mind his own business. He then informed me that he would follow me home and I couldn't stop him. Needless to say, he wasn't too happy when I told him that if he came on private property when I was no longer on probation, I'd have him arrested for trespassing. He feels that since I was convicted of a felony, I have to do whatever he says.
