    Default Returning to Work

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: FL
I was injured at work and I'm sill out on WC. My question is about returning to work. If you go back to work and find out you can't do what you used b/c of your injury, what are your options? Can you still get compensation (by settlement) or it to late? If the doctor says you didn't fully recover, is it better to not go back to work and sue?

    Default Re: Returning to Work

You might want to address your query to the folks over here.

Most of them are injured workers who have been navigating the system for a while. Their depth and breadth of knowledge and - more importantly - experience will help you more.
