Right. That she just saw today.
She hadn't seen it before today, so again, that clause would not be enough to raise a red flag for any reasonable person if they were under the impression that it was just a residential apartment complex, not a condo complex.
My concern here is that the person from whom she is leasing never mentioned that the unit was even up for sale. It strikes me as rather shady to present a lease to be signed without noting "Oh, hey, this unit is actually up for sale, so you might get booted in a couple weeks."
