Default Non-Custodial Parent Moves to AZ; Can I Ask for More Money for Childcare?

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas

Mother resides in Texas. Father moved to Texas from AZ for child's birth. Five months later, he's choosing to move back.
He wants visitations allowable by the courts. Will the mother have to help with expenses? How will this work?
Also, mother will have to put infant in childcare now that no one at home can care for the child while mother goes to work. Can she ask for more money since his vistitations will not be regularly made (being out of state)?

Childcare in the area will be ($220-$250/week).

We are aware of 20% child support ordered by the state.

She can petition for a modification, but it's quite possible that it will be denied.
