Default Driving with No License in Georgia

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Georgia.
My friend has had his license suspended and been to jail before, the other day he was driving to work on his suspended license and got pulled over. He is now in jail waiting hearing and we are unable to pay the bail. What will happen to him? He was supposed to move back to arizona with his girlfriend and new child in november, is there any chance of that happening now?

Default Re: Driving with No License in Georgia

So this is his second offense of driving under suspension?

A second offense is a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature in the state of Georgia, carrying a minimum jail term of 10 days and a maximum of 12 months. Additionally, there is a minimum fine of $1000 and a maximum of $2500, and your friend will face additional license suspension.

We can't predict what sentence he will get. He really should consult an attorney.
