Ambushed, assaulted and injured, and still harrassed

How can a person be ambushed , assaulted and victimized .
File charges and then continue to get victimized by the defendant
I had my tires slashed, sugar and sand in my sons car, home invasions during NOON , graffitti and property damage , threatening calls , harrassement , dog attempted to be poisoned and then attempted release from gate, shooting (resulting in MURDER of neighbor) and I still get the victimized with FALSE allegations of Criminal charges by the defendant (or associate thereof)
I lost my job over this assault and accusations and only live on 137. in unemployment to support my family and I can't get even one attorney to help (all they want is money -no justice for the victim )

"FREE" Legal help only applies to the CRIMINALS - not the victims
Even that I am NOW low income (from being a VICTIM that was ambush, assaulted and abused and because of all this court process of being alleged of false accusation as retaliation for an eviction I also lost my JOB- Public Defenders Office DOES take anyone with low income and on any government assistance - I qualify for medical assistance from the state and get it from my poverty income....HOWEVER, since I own a house -the GOVERNMENT expects me to sell my LIVELYHOOD to PAY for attorney fees for BOGUS allegation THE GOVERNMENT believes that the EVICTED tenant (of only ONE month -that actually doesn't work) states happened
But thats for your recommendation for "free" or low cost attorneys in WI (I don't have AIDS - so don't qualify)
