    Default Expunction in Houston, Texas

My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: Texas

May someone please give me some legal advise. If I were to file a petition to expunge a criminal record for a Class C misdemeanor after completing my deferment and it gets denied because of the SOL has no expired. Will I be allowed to refill for an expunction once the SOL has expired? Or is this a one shot deal. Can someone with legal knowledge please help me. Thanks

SOL? You mean the waiting period?

If the reason you are denied expunction is that your waiting period has not yet expired, yes, you may re-file when the waiting period does expire.
