    Default Adding More Creditors

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: california
i have filled bankrupcy gone to court and completed both of my councelings but i told my lawyer to add a few more creditors before i had completed my last counceling and he never did. hes saing now that if i would like to add these creditors that i will have to pay additional fees. i called the us bankrupsy court to see if i could do anything about this myself and thye told me since i have a lawyer they aren't able to give me any advice and i should talk with my lawyer. if i didnt have a lawyer i could add the creditors on myself but now that i have one and an incomptitant one at that i have to go through him. i paid a lot of money to get this bankrupsy done and now more fees why? so my question is is there any way to efile by myself because im tired of paing this lawyer all these fees.

You can file an amendment with the court. If the bk has already been closed, the fee the court charges for reopening & filing an amendment will be more than if the bk was still pending when you filed the amendment. Usually if you didn't list a creditor in a chapter 7 no asset case, there has been case law that the unlisted creditor debt will be discharged though not always.

You really might want the help of an attorney - they know how to do this. (However, you can do this on your own if you believe you can do it w/o an attorney's help.)
