Emancipation for Ohio

I am 15 years old i will be sixteen in January of 06. I have been in a home with an acholic all of my life and my mother allows it to go on. soical services has been in my home and took me and my sisters out of it and we went to llive with my grandpaernts for awhile. We have recently been back into the home. I cant bare to be there my father has physically aused my mom all my life and emotionally abused me and my sister. In the state of OHio there is no law stating that a minor can why can i do can someone help me please.

Perhaps your parents would let you move back in with your grandparents, assuming your grandparents are willing?

Dude to hell with that....His parents are ****ed up why would they consider him moving back in with his grandparents. He's been back and forth already so screw it. What he needs to do is make good grades,and present it to court. if the court approves they will emacipate him IF his parents sign the papers. if not then he willl have to run away to someone house other then his grandparents so his parent's can't find him until he is 18.
