    Default When is Store Surveillance Required

    My question involves business law in the state of: California

    Real simple question. Are liquer stores required by law to have working surveillance systems that properly record?

    any other information regaurding the surveillance laws would help too. thank you.

    As far as I know, there are no laws requiring any retail location have working cameras.
