About Custody/ Emancipation Please

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Texas.
I was just wondering... right now I am staying with my cousin because of some things that have been going on the last couple of months with my father and me. We have child services involved right now and currently have a safety plan on. On the safety plan it says that I am staying with my cousin until the case is done being investigated. I have been doing great since I moved in with here and now have a job. The only problem is that my father is still trying to have control over me. I don't ask him for anything at all. He hasn't really done anything to support me since I moved in with him Feburary of 2005. He did give me a place to live and food but he never bought me any clothes or anything like that. I would always have to come up with my own money to buy the other things that I really need. I would try to move in with my mom but I have no idea where she is. She hasn't done anything for me either since June of 2004. So I have kind of been supporting myself and trying to raise my 2 younger sisters. I am fully capable of taking care of myself. I was wondering if I could get emancipated because of these reasons or if there was something else that I could do to completely get me out of custody of my dad. My cousin was saying that she would take custody of me but that my dad would have to sign about it also. I know for a fact that he wouldn't because he is afraid of loosing the housing and some of his social security money that he gets and also he doesn't want to loose any foodstamps that he gets because that would hurt him severly because neither him nor his girlfriend have a job. So the only reason he wants me around is for money. So please email me any help would be greatly apreciated.

Custody and emancipation are two very seperate issues. For there to be a custody change then a petition must be filed in court. Far as emancipation goes nothing in your post supports that
