Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia

I am an Ohio resident and I am 21 years old. Recently, I was pulled over by a Gahanna city police officer for no front license plate. The officer noticed an empty case of beer in my back seat that I did not realize was there, and when he searched my car, he found 3.1 grams of marijuana, a glass pipe, and rolling papers. I was charged with possession within less than the bulk amount and two accounts of possession of paraphernalia. This is my first drug offense, and I was wondering what the chances of losing my license are, as well as the chances of being put on probation, fines, and so forth. I was in a suburban neighborhood, and there were no near-by schools or day cares. If anyone has any experience with drug charges in the Gahanna area, any help with my inquiry will be greatly appreciated.
