    Default Attorney Fees

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Florida

I filed a motion to dismiss which was granted by the Judge. In my motion I also asked for reasonable attorney fees. So I assume since the motion was granted, plaintiff should pay my legal fees. How can I make him reimburse me?

I would say that unless the dismissal order grants you reasonable attorney's fees, which I doubt it does, you are out of luck.

Should this be specifically mentioned on the Judge's Order to Grant Dismissal?

    I believe so, yes.
