    Default Emancipation

    Im a 1 year old from New York, 17 in November. My life at home is unpleasant, I do not want to continue living where Im miss treated. Can I just move out or what do I do?

    How do you got from 1 to 17 so quick? Ok kidding aside NY has no statute for emancipation and if you leave without parental consent you can be hauled back as a runaway. If your being abused contact CPS
