Default FMLA and Questioning the Doctor

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Ohio

I know that there is a regulation out there that states when the employee has submitted a signed doctor's/provider's certification that the employer cannot request additional information from the doctor/provider. Where is this regulation or could someone please just post the regulation? Thanks so much in advance.
