    Default First Time Misdemeanor

    My question involves criminal law for the state of:

    I got caught shoplifting and got a misdemeanor petit larceny in violation of section 155.25 subdivision 0 in New York.

    This is my first time getting caught and arrested. I dont even know what is going to happen in court. I dont know if i should plead guilty or not guilty because i heard to the ACD i can get for a first time person getting caught. Can someone help me.
