    Default Two Year EAD

    USCIS announced two year EID

    I have approved I-130 for family based second category visa number will become avalable in 4-5 years.

    In the fact sheet for a new 2-year work permit (EAD) the USCIS wrote that the person with filed I-130 and I-485 can get EAD

    my question:

    Can I apply for permanent residency (PR) and to got EAD?

    If not who can apply for two year EAD?

    I am not aware of a way for you to get EAD, given that you aren't petitioning based on marriage.
