    Default Grandparents Right

In florida is there grandparents rights? I dont believe that there is because my mother is now making false accusations against me trying to get my daughter taken away. I still have my kid of course but the HRS worker said that grandparents do this a lot... WOW...

    Default Grandparents' Rights

You mean, right to visitation? Last I heard, the Florida Supreme Court had struck down the Florida grandparents' visitation law, although I do not know if a new one has been introduced or has passed. That wouldn't stop a grandparent from being able to seek a guardianship for an abused or neglected child, if that's what you think they're seeking to do.

    Default rights

There is a long history here with me and her but to cut to the chase everything was unfounded by HRS and I grew up in the system I think this is another way for her to harass me..
