Default How Much for Paternity Testing?

My question involves paternity law for the State of: CALIFORNIA

My husband and I live in Hawaii. His ex-wife admittedly cheated when he was deployed, after the birth of their 1st and right before the 2nd. So, 2nd child is in question. He filed for a separation and they basically did their own thing. Right before she left Hawaii to go back to California, she told him she was pregnant, but refused to have him involved for some reason with the 3rd child. Apparently, hear say of course by the guys in his company and close neighbors, she was seeing another guy while they were separated. Now that the child was born, it's pretty obvious that the 3rd child is probably not his. He's been paying child support for these children whom she refuses to allow him to even talk to. He would like to establish a stricter visitation order and see his children and visit, but is always wondering if they're really his. He hasn't been able to do much because for the past year he has been recovering from a spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed and unable to communicate. Now that he's recovering, we have many questions. Can paternity be established a year after their divorce? If so, how much will it cost and how do we go about doing this??

They were divorced in California? He's listed as the biological father on the birth certificate for all three children? The divorce judgment reflects that all three children are the issue of the marriage, and awards visitation and assesses child support for all three children? The children are how old?

Divorce was finalized in CA. He's definitely on the birth certificate for the 1st 2 children. Not sure about the 3rd. He wasn't there during the birth of the 3rd child. Yes the judgment reflects that all three children are the issue of the marriage, awards visitation and assesses child support for all three children. In regards to visitation, it only states that it will be "agreed upon by both parties" and that "final decision shall be made by ex-wife". The children are 6, 3, 2.
