My question involves a roommate in the State of: Alaska

My cousin was in an assisted living home which lost their license. She made arrangements and obtained new case worker and care coordinator. She qualifies for several programs and has met with these people. Out of courtesy and due to the fact that she was family; I allowed her to move into my apartment which is in my name only. She is still considered homeless since she sleeps on the couch.

She is bipolar and also an alcoholic. She has violent verbal and physical outbursts from time to time. Last week in a physical attack I was charged with dv assault and have a court ordered rest. ord. on me and can't have contact with her.

I know she has options on moving...I want her out and my apartment back ,as I have been there for 3 years and can only stay with friends temporarily. Can I legally evict her even though I'm not her landlord (she pays no rent or utilities except for her phone...she does have a key...gets mail and stores clothes in boxes in my closet...

Please advise
