    Default What Happens After Arraignment?

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas. My daughter was sexually assaulted and the perpetrator had to go to court for arraignment. Does this mean there will soon be a trial? What happens after an arraignment?

    That depends on how the accussed plead. If not guilty then a trial date will be set
