Default Travelling on H1B Visa of Previous Employee

    Hi,

I had an H1B Visa with company A valid up to Sept 2008. I changed my employer to company B in March 2008 and my H1B was transferred to the new company. I received my new work permit and I94 and other documents few weeks back.
I have booked my cruise tickets to Bahamas in August 2008 for 3 days vacation.
Since I will be going outside USA and coming back in to the country, can I enter USA with my Stamped Visa of company A and new H1B petition of company B or do I require new Visa stamping of company B before entering back?

Please let me know of the procedure.
    Thanks in advance,
    Ajay Shenoy

It's my understanding that you'll need to have your new company stamp.
