    Default Non-Paying Roommate

My question involves a roommate in the State of: New York, Long Island

I currently own a house on Long Island. To help pay the morgage, I took in a roommate who pays rent and 1/3 of any utilities. The renter has stopped paying the rent and her portion of the bills and I have given the roommate 30 days notice. She is not making any attempts to move from the house. What can I do if she does not vacate the house at the end of her 30 days?

This roommate has only a verbal lease with us. So there is nothing in writing.
