Default Transferring To A Different State

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Indiana

I am currently pregnant and am suffering from depression. I am on home detention and am off by july 31. As of july 31 I am placed on probation and I lose my housing and job. I have a job and residence waiting for me in New Jersey. My probation officer is not listening to me when I am telling him that my pregnancy is at stake and I need to move back home as soon as possible. I am trying to get my transfer as soon as possible before I am left on the street. What do I do?

You can get permission to move from the probation officer or, failing that, from the court. The court, though, is likely to follow the recommendation of your probation officer. Talk to your criminal defense lawyer.
