Default Giving Up My Parental Rights

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida

I have a son how is 2 1/2. I have only seen him once. I am in the military and we dont live in the same state. but anytime i come to visit his mother doesnt let me see him. I pay my childsupport on time every month. she is just one of those people who like to use my son against me. Anyways she has a new husband who is a good guy and he wants to adopt my son. I will give up my rights so he can do that but i dont know if i have to go to the state they are in to do that. and do i just have to fill out some paperwork if she wants me to do this too?

You would need to fill out a form and have it notarized.
