Default Aquiring H1B With Drunk Driving Convictions In The UK

I am looking to get a H1B visa to work in US. I have excellent qualifications to hopefully find a job in the I.T. field. My question is this : I have 2 drink driving convictions in UK. The later one is coming up on 5 years ago. Will this effect any possible visa sponsorships? Do I have to disclose this on my paper work, if I am offered a job?
    Thank you

Since drunk driving is not considered a crime of moral turpitude, you should be OK. I would check with an attorney to be certain, however.

If you are asked about any convictions, yes, you must disclose them. Never, never, ever lie on immigration paperwork, it WILL come 'round to bite you on the backside.
