My question involves a condominium located in the State of: Hawaii

Whenever owners in the Condo building mine is in, have a serious problem, they contact the Owners Board. None of the Directors will reply. If an owner is very aggressive they sometimes get an email stating we will discuss your issue. No other details. Just will discuss-period. When, Where, How ???

Sometimes they say only contact their attorney with the issue. Again, the attorney never answers. Again if contacted enough times the attorney 'may' state "Your association has been informed, further contact will be harassment."

Every Board has a Fiduciary duty so is this a breach of that???
Are there any rules, laws or duties that they 'have' to communicate???
If so what can we say to influence them to??
