My question involves a reckless driving ticket from the State of: NEW JERSEY

    HELLO EVERYONE

I m in deep trouble and need help last Saturday the 31st i was on the way to the jersey shore it was a terrible storm and i was on the parkway and everyone was driving 25-35 mph and i was cruising around 55-65 mph storm was nothing for me. And as i was driving a nj state trooper pulled me over and said that he was radioed in by a undercover cop who followed me for 10 miles and said i was recklessly driving speeding and etc. I was lost when he said this He took my information and didnt issue me anything all he said you ll probably get a summons in the mail by the officer who followed me. Yep I did today i got 7 summons in the mail

If he says he couldnt pull me over because i was going to fast i m gonna tell the judge look if i was speeding why didnt he write me one for that to.
How does he know i was driving what if we switched drivers before the other officer pulled me over.

    WHAT DO I DO ???

the undercover cop didnt pull you over beacuse it would have blown his cover.
also if it was undercover and not unmarked he didnt have any police lights or siren. if he wanted to say you were speeding he would have done so already dont you think.

how do you know he wasn't watching you the whole time? he kept you in his view and used his cell phone to call a marked unit while he kept you in sight.

you've never been pulled over before? how young are you?
when you say "everyone was driving 25-35 mph and i was cruising around 55-65 mph storm was nothing for me." seems like you have no experience? or don't care about public safety or the lives of the five people in your car?
it kinda sounds like you are bragging?

look..EVERYONE BUT YOU was being safe. what if one of those slow cars pulled into your lane and YOU'RE DOING 65 IN THE RAIN
because your in an SUV? and now you're mad at the police? well think about how mad everyone is with you. how happy was the cop who had to stand in the rain and point all this out to you?

something tells me you were just blowing down the road in a heavy storm not caring about anything and you got caught.

how do you get past those "slow" cars?
oh i see how you did it...

its not going to be good when a judge sees that your behavior attracted the attention of an undercover car. and your behavior was so grossly negligent and constant that he had to call a marked car to bring you back to a safe speed. you probably don't want to ask for a trial.

The thing was the storm was on and off it would be raining for 5 min. then stop and court is mandatory. I did care about the people in my car and me thats why i kept my distance i guess i must have pissed this cop off some how.

how could you keep a distance if your going 65 and they are going 35 ?
ride to close until they pull over? or weave from lane to lane each time you encounter a slower call (all of them)

believe me when an undercover officer (remember an unmarked officer would not have called anyone) has to get involved in traffic crimes you really must have drawn attention to yourself. somehow when he saw you he didn't share your opinion of how safe you thought you were. I'm sure everyone around you was upset at your driving but the police actually have the power to do something about it.

you mean you still think you were in no wrong?

if you had known a police officer was watching you would you have adjusted your actions?

perhaps plead guilty to one charge if you get probation on the rest?

    did you get an attorney?
