    Default Civil Demand Letter

My question involves criminal law for the state of: utah

I am waiting for a civil demand letter to come in the mail. I realize that I will have to pay some sort of fine, and so I was wondering how long you usually have to pay the fine. Also, I haven't had my court date yet, but when I do I'm assuming I'll get a fine from that as well, so the same question applies. I need to know this as far in advance as possible so I have time to come up with the money. Is there a standard timeframe?

Both will want monies right away however its very likely you can make payment arrangements. In case of Civil Demand the letter will say what time period you have to pay or respond

Well if both want any type of money they will say so and on your Civil Demand it will state the time frame you have to pay your fine and if I were you when I get that fine I would pay right away. The price will just go higher and get you into more trouble if you don't pay on time.
