Desperately needing advice on a situation in which photographs have been distributed with the intent to inflict harm...

What recourse does one take, if personal sexually explicit photographs (which were obtained by hacking into that person's password protected internet file, which had previously been deleted) were distributed to another party with the sole intent to inflict harm?

The photos have already been ordered, by a judge, not to be disseminated, yet, they were since shared with another individual who has had a past record of violence and mental illness. Now, as a result, this person has been threatened, harassed and has experienced extreme emotional distress wondering where the photos will turn up next.

Are there charges that she can bring against the person for distributing the photos? She does not have proof that the photos were distributed other than being told they were.
