    Question 30 Days Notice

    My question involves a security deposit in the State of: Florida
    I had a month to month lease I gave my 30 days notice on 03/05/08 and turned in the key on 04/01/08 Do I have to pay the landlord for April's rent? He wants to impose that claim on my deposit.
