    Default Filing For Unemployment, Again

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: California

    Hello,
I was laid off last September and applied for unemployment. That ran out in March and after about two months of no job and no income I finally found a job which I was then laid off from just days ago. My question is: Can i get unemployment again? Is it too late to try and apply for an extension? Is an extension even available? Please help!

Call the EDD and ask them. It doesn't sound as if you've worked long enough to qualify again but the worst that can happen is that they say no, in which case you're no worse off than if you don't apply.
