Default Eviction Of To Be Divorced Son-in-law

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California

Daughter moved in to my house with her new husband for a couple months (financial trouble)...which turned out to be longer (6 months). Daughter wants an annulment. What are my rights to get him out in a timely mannor? No paperwork, no rent, not sure how tenancy is defined with regard to this situation. He does get mail here.

Worried about man damaging property. Is there a way for her to move everything out legally? Not sure what she is comfortable doing.

That's not what you said here.
