    Default What Are My Rights

    My question involves grandparents rights in the State of: Saskatchewan, Canada
    I have helped take care of my grandson for a year.. Now my daughter moves 6 hours away and has not let me see him.. she never even let me say goodbye.. I think I should have some right to see him.. I am so upset.. I miss him so much.. Now do I have rights? and how long do I have to wait until I can file something or envoke them.. Please help me I am very worried about him..

    This is a US based forum. You'll want to direct your query to a site that specializes in Canadian law.

    A quick search shows that there, like here, you have no automatic right to visitation and would need to pursue it through the courts.
