Default How Do I Answer A Civil Suit

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: New Jersey.
I am being sued over two credit card accounts. I believe the sol has expired on one of these accounts. I checked my credit report, but it does not go past 2004. How should I answer this civil suit?

If you believe the SOL has elapsed, you would use that as your defense/answer to the civil suit.
